Diagnostic imaging
to guide treatment

Our Diagnostic Imaging Center does more than take scans: it is part of how we decide the direction of your pet's treatment. A 1.5T high-field MRI, a 16-slice CT and Canon Aplio ultrasound systems, with images read by veterinarians trained in diagnostic imaging and reviewed together with internal medicine, surgery and other departments before a treatment plan is made.
  • 1.5T
    high-field MRI

The first animal hospital in Ulsan to install a 1.5T high-field MRI Shorter scans help reduce anesthesia time, and the FBI (Fresh Blood Imaging) technique reduces the amount of contrast agent used
  • 16-slice CT
    with 3D imaging

Three-dimensional X-ray imaging shows lesions in fine detail
  • Real-time ultrasound
    with no radiation

Ultrasound shows tissues and organs in real time. Using non-invasive, radiation-free sound waves, it shows whether disease is present and the size and character of any lesion.
  • Fast, non-invasive
    X-ray & fluoroscopy

We run three digital radiography units, and a purpose-built mobile surgical X-ray unit makes musculoskeletal imaging more convenient.

How our Diagnostic Imaging Center works
